Analytics

Website traffic, live visitors, sources, devices, frustrating pages, event explorer, retention, and session replay in one place.

Leadara Analytics shows who visits your website, where they come from, and what they do. You can go from a number to the actual visits behind it in a click, and turn what you find into audiences and journeys without leaving the dashboard.

What you can do

  • Overview — visitors, page views, sessions, session duration and bounce rate, each compared with the previous period. Pick one to see it on the main chart, with the previous period drawn as a dashed line.
  • Filter by clicking — click any row (a page, channel, referrer, campaign, device, browser, country…) to filter the whole page. Filters stay in the address, so you can bookmark or share the exact view.
  • Pages — top pages with average time on page, entry pages with bounce rate, and exit pages.
  • Sources — channels (direct, search, social, email, SMS, paid ads, other sites), referring sites, campaign sources and campaigns.
  • Devices and locations — device type, browser, operating system and country.
  • When people visit — a day-by-hour heatmap in your time zone.
  • Frustrating pages — pages where people rage-clicked, with a link to those recordings.
  • Sessions worth watching — the most active recordings for the selected period.
  • Top events — the custom events people trigger most often.
  • Live — visitors in the last five minutes, a minute-by-minute chart of the last half hour, pages being viewed, where visitors came from, countries, and a live activity feed with a play button when a recording exists.
  • Explorer — search every event by name, type and date range. Open an event to see its details, jump to that person's profile, narrow the list to one person or one session, or watch the replay of that moment. Turn an event into a segment in one click.
  • Retention — weekly groups of identified people and the share that came back in the following weeks.
  • Session replay — watch recordings of real visits with a browser frame, timeline and activity list.
  • Custom reports — dashboards your team built, when your workspace has them set up.

Getting data in

Install the JavaScript snippet on your site (or the WordPress plugin). Copy the embed script from Integrations → Website SDK. It's a single async <script> tag whose URL already includes your workspace. It loads in the background and never blocks your pages. If the connection key is wrong or Leadara is temporarily unavailable, the snippet stays idle and your site keeps working normally.

Page views, time on page, scroll depth, sessions, campaign tags (UTMs), referrers and custom track events are sent automatically once the snippet loads. Traffic from bots is left out of your numbers.

After you paste the tag, use Check installation on the same page. Leadara scans your workspace website URL to confirm the script is present and matches your workspace.

Session recording can be turned on from the script options, or later from Analytics → Session replay → Recording settings, where you also control privacy and sampling. See Session replay.

Load the snippet once per site. Do not call window.leadara.init() when the tag starts on its own, because that can open duplicate live connections.

Tips

  • Use consistent UTM naming on every campaign link so the Sources tile stays readable.
  • Start your week on the Overview with Compare to previous period on, then click into anything that moved.
  • Check Frustrating pages after every release. A new rage-click hotspot usually means something broke.
  • Pair Explorer with Funnels to confirm each step fires the event you expect.
  • Turn an event into an audience from Explorer, or build one in Segments.
