Your Files library is the home for creative assets you reuse across Leadara — popup images, email headers, campaign artwork, and more. Upload once, copy a stable link, and paste it wherever you need a public image URL.
What you can do
- Upload images, videos, audio, and common document types (up to 10 MB per file)
- Organize assets in folders
- Search across your library
- Copy a public URL for use in popups, widgets, and emails
- Track storage usage against your workspace limit
Public URLs
Each file gets a permanent link shaped like https://api.leadara.ir/files/{id}.
Use that full URL in popups and on customer-facing pages — relative paths will
not render on visitor sites.
Tips
- Marketing images are public by default so they load on your website without extra setup.
- Create an Images folder per campaign to stay organized.
- In the popup editor, use Choose from Files next to the image URL field instead of pasting links by hand.
