Journeys
Multi-step customer journeys with triggers, conditions, and actions.
Journeys are the heart of Leadara's automation engine. They describe how a contact moves through a sequence of steps based on events and conditions.
Triggers
A journey starts when a trigger fires — typically an event (signup, purchase, cart_abandoned) or a segment entry. Each journey can have one or more triggers.
Conditions
Conditions branch the flow based on user attributes or prior events. They're evaluated against the live profile store and can reference any tracked property.
Actions
Actions are the side effects: send an email, SMS, or webhook; update a profile property; enroll the contact in another journey. Actions are queued via BullMQ so failures retry cleanly.
