Plan & wallet
Buy or change your workspace plan, top up the wallet, and see what happens when a period ends.
Each workspace has its own plan and its own wallet. Workspace admins and managers open Plan & wallet from the sidebar to buy a plan, top up, and see every change to the balance.
What you can do
- Buy a plan from your wallet. The period starts the moment you buy.
- Switch plans: upgrades apply immediately at a prorated price; downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
- Top up the wallet through the online payment gateway.
- Turn automatic renewal on or off.
- See what your plan includes right now, your included usage for this period, and the full wallet history.
Cash and gift credit
Your wallet shows two separate balances:
- Cash: money you paid in. It's used for your plan and paid usage.
- Gift credit: free credit from Leadara. It's spent before your cash, and it can't be withdrawn or refunded.
The AI assistant is paid from the same wallet. Each reply is charged by what it used and appears in Wallet history as "AI assistant usage". When the balance runs too low, chat pauses until you top up. See AI Chat for details.
Free trials
Leadara can give your workspace a free trial of a plan for a set number of days. A trial never charges your wallet. When it ends, buy a plan to keep the features. Nothing renews automatically after a trial.
When a period ends without renewal

| First 7 days | Everything keeps working. A banner reminds your team to renew. |
| 7 to 30 days | Plan features fall back to the free level and SMS sending pauses. Visits and events are still collected. |
| After 30 days | New visits and events are no longer saved. |
Renewing at any point restores your plan right away. With automatic renewal on, it renews by itself as soon as the wallet has enough balance.
Tips
- Keep automatic renewal on and a little extra in the wallet so the plan never lapses.
- Teammates without billing access still see the renewal banner, with a note to ask an admin.
- Everything in Wallet history is permanent. Corrections appear as new entries, never as edits.
